Ice Rink Liner - Tough & Durable Ice Rink Liner, Hockey Liner, Rink Tarps for your Iron Sleek Backyard Rink!
Iron Sleek manufactures tough and durable multi-layered liner that is engineered with virgin LDPE - low density polyethylene. We don't use recycled materials, post-consumer products, or inferior materials - all of our rink liner is quality, premium material. 100% waterproof, pin-hole free, non-toxic liners specifically engineered for ice rinks. Our rink liner can withstand even the most frigid winter cold and prevent any cracking - a necessity for freeze/thaw conditions.
When choosing a rink liner for your Iron Sleek rink, make sure that it is large enough to cover your entire skating surface, with at least extra 5 feet in both width and length. You should have enough liner to reach up the boards and over the side of your rink. If your rink installation surface has a lot of bumps and divots, add even more liner as the liner will follow the contour of the ground. Once the rink liner is down and filled with water, it cannot be shifted.
Handle your rink liner carefully when installing it. Keep any sharp objects or tools away from your rink area. Ensure that no screws are pointing inward, as these can puncture your ice rink liner. If you do accidentally puncture your rink liner, use the included super-sticky tape to form a 100% watertight seal over the puncture. Carefully unroll the full length of your hockey rink liner, and then unfold the entire width. With the rink liner completely laid out, tuck it down gently into the bottom edges and corners of the rink. Once the rink liner is fully settled and the rink is filled, you can affix the ice rink tarp to the boards - use our Iron Sleek Rink Topper for a safe and classic ice rink look!

Ice Rink Liner White 6 Mil - The Perfect Ice Rink Liner
With a Thickness of 6 mil, being water tight, and able to reflect all sunlight away from the rink, our 6 mil white Reinforced Ice Rink Liner is a must have for any outdoor rink owner. With 20 Different Sizes we have the perfect size for any rink. Choosing the right size for your rink is extremely important so here are some sizing tips:
No short cuts here. Always choose a liner that is substantially larger than your rink. Below are some simple tips to help you choose a liner size.
1) For simple rinks with short boards, smaller in size (say under 30 by 50) on relatively flat ground. Add 5 feet to the width of the rink and 5 feet to the length of the rink. We call this the 5 rule. The 5 rule should do the trick for most rinks. For example, for a 30 by 50 rink, choose a 35 by 55 liner.
2) For longer rinks, say over 60. Add 10 feet to the length of your rink to choose a suitable liner. Longer rinks have more variables. You will not regret the extra plastic!
3) For rinks on wavy and undulating ground, add 10 feet on length and width for small rinks and possibly more for bigger rinks. Undulating ground will consume more liner than you expect once the liner is filled and follows the waviness of ground.
4) Tall boards- Be sure to add the board heights to the liner extra. For example, for a 30 by 50 with 4 foot boards all around, Choose 45 by 65. That is the 5 rule plus the board heights rounded up to our nearest liner cut.
Play it safe with your liner sizing. Bigger is almost always better. If you are a first timer, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TOO SMALL A LINER.
